Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Order details: items, quantities, prices, special instructions, and pickup history.
• Rewards activity: points earned and redeemed, and your birthday (month and day only) if you choose to add it.
• Basic technical information needed to run the app, such as your browser and device type.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Clover, on their secure hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We only see confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and a payment reference.

How we use your information

• To prepare and fulfill your orders and let you know when an order is confirmed.
• To run the rewards program, including points balances and redemptions.
• To respond to questions, fix order problems, and prevent fraud or duplicate charges.
• To understand which items are popular so we can improve our menu.

We do not sell your personal information.

When information is shared

We share only what is needed to run the app: our payment processor Clover for taking payment, our point-of-sale and printing systems for preparing orders, and our app and email providers for hosting and sending order notifications. We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies and local storage

This app stores your shopping cart and keeps you signed in using your browser's local storage and session cookies. These are needed for ordering and checkout to work. We do not use them for advertising.

Keeping your information

We keep order and rewards records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. You can ask us to correct or delete your account details at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep a record.

Your choices

You can update your name and birthday in your profile, and you can contact us to request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account.
