These terms apply when you place an order through the Market On The Green app. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering and pickup
All orders are for pickup at 135 Church St, New Haven, CT 06510. Online ordering is available Ordering 6 AM – 11:45 PM · Mon–Satand is closed on Sundays. Orders placed outside those hours cannot be accepted.
Prices, tax, and payment
Prices shown in the app are current at the time you order and may change without notice. Connecticut meals tax (7.35%) is added at checkout. Payment is collected online through our payment processor, Clover, before your order is sent to the kitchen. Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
Unpaid and abandoned orders
If a checkout is started but payment is not completed, the order is not placed and will not be prepared. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
All sales are final
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is paid. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Allergies and special requests
Our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have a serious allergy, call us at (203) 584-6997 before ordering. Special instructions are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
Rewards program
Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be earned or redeemed only on qualifying purchases. Points are subject to our posted earning and redemption rules, which we may change, and we may adjust or remove points that were credited in error or through misuse. One account per person.
Using the app
Please use the app only for your own personal orders. We may suspend or cancel orders and accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or automated.
Availability
Menu items are subject to availability and may sell out. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you at the phone number or email on your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted in the app when you place an order applies to that order.
